Advance Booking

Booking Confirmation: To confirm a date, a minimum 30% deposit of the total cost is required.

Advance Period: Booking must be made at least 15 days prior to the event date.

7+ days before the event: 50% refund of deposit.

Less than 7 days: Deposit is non-refundable.

Date Change: Subject to availability; free if requested 10 days prior.
Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 10 days or more before the event:
✅ 50% of the advance payment will be refunded. -
Cancellation between 4 to 9 days before the event:
⚠️ 25% of the advance payment will be refunded. -
Cancellation within 3 days of the event:
