1. Advance Booking Period

• Graphic Design: At least 1 to 3 days in advance.
• Video Editing: At least 2 to 5 days in advance.
• Advertisement Video Production: At least 5 to 10 days in advance.
• Photography & Videography: At least 7 days in advance.
• Website Design & Development: At least 7 to 14 days in advance.
• Mobile App Development: At least 14 days in advance.
• Software Development: At least 14 to 30 days in advance.
• Social Media Marketing & SEO: At least 3 to 7 days before the campaign start date.

2. Booking Confirmation

Your booking is confirmed only after:

• Required advance payment has been received.
• Project requirements have been finalized.
• Digital साथी has confirmed the booking.

3. Urgent Projects

Need a project completed quickly?

We also accept urgent or express projects, subject to team availability. An additional rush service fee may apply depending on the project scope and deadline.

4. Schedule Changes

Clients may request a change to the project schedule by providing at least 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

5. Late Bookings

Projects requested with very short notice will be accepted only if our production schedule permits.

1. Project Cancellation Before Work Begins

• Clients may cancel a project before work has started.
• If an advance payment has been made, 10% may be deducted as an administrative fee, and the remaining amount will be refunded within 7 business days.

2. Cancellation After Work Has Started

• Once work has begun, cancellation requests will be reviewed based on the project's progress.
• Charges will apply for the work completed up to the cancellation date.
• Any remaining balance, if applicable, will be refunded after deducting completed work costs.

3. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced:

4. Subscription & Monthly Services

For monthly services such as Social Media Management, SEO, or Digital Marketing:

• Clients must provide at least 7 days' written notice before the next billing cycle to cancel.
• No refunds will be issued for the current billing period once it has started.

5. Client Delays

If a project is delayed because the client does not provide required content, feedback, or approvals for more than 30 days, Digital साथी reserves the right to place the project on hold or close it. Additional charges may apply for restarting the project.

6. Digital Products

All delivered digital files, designs, source files, websites, applications, and creative assets are non-refundable once delivered or approved.

7. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible.

8. Force Majeure

Digital साथी shall not be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, or other unforeseen events.
