Clients are advised to place orders 2–4 weeks in advance for regular tailoring, and 6–8 weeks in advance for bridal or special occasion outfits. A design consultation or advance deposit is required to confirm the booking. Final delivery timelines depend on fabric, design complexity, and order size. Early bookings ensure priority service and customization options.

Orders canceled within 48 hours of booking may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding consultation/design fees). Once fabric is purchased or design approval is given, cancellations are non-refundable. Requests for rescheduling or alterations are subject to feasibility and may include extra charges. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or official communication.
