Clients are encouraged to book floral and décor services at least 15–45 days in advance to ensure availability. A non-refundable advance deposit is required to confirm the booking. Final confirmation is provided after receiving the advance payment. Early bookings ensure priority service and design customization.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding advance deposit). Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include additional charges.
