Clients are encouraged to book photography and videography services at least 2–6 weeks in advance, depending on event size and package requirements. A non-refundable advance deposit is required to secure the booking. Final shoot schedule and service details are confirmed after receiving the advance payment. Early bookings ensure priority scheduling and package customization.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a partial refund (excluding advance deposit). Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability and may include extra charges.
