Clients are advised to place orders at least 2–4 weeks in advance for regular tailoring, and 6–8 weeks in advance for bridal or wedding collections. A design consultation fee or advance deposit is required to confirm the booking. Final delivery timelines will be communicated based on the complexity of the design. Early bookings ensure priority service and customization options.

Orders canceled within 48 hours of booking may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding consultation/design fees). Once fabric is purchased or the design is approved, cancellations are non-refundable. Requests for rescheduling or alterations are subject to feasibility and may include extra charges. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or official communication.
