Clients are encouraged to place orders 1–3 weeks in advance to ensure availability of required items. A non-refundable advance deposit is required to confirm all special or bulk orders. Final confirmation of the order will be made after receiving the advance payment. Early bookings ensure priority service and availability of preferred items.

Orders canceled 3–7 days in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding advance deposit). Orders canceled less than 3 days prior to delivery or event are non-refundable. Rescheduling or modifications are subject to product availability and may include extra charges. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via official communication.
