Clients are encouraged to book photography and videography services at least 2–6 weeks in advance, depending on event size and package selection. A non-refundable advance deposit is required to secure the booking. Final shoot schedule and service details will be confirmed after receiving the advance payment. Early bookings ensure priority scheduling and customization of packages.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a partial refund (excluding the advance deposit). Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may include additional charges.
