Clients are encouraged to book appointments at least 3–7 days in advance, and 2–4 weeks in advance for bridal or special event packages. A consultation fee or advance deposit may be required to confirm high-demand or bridal bookings. Early bookings ensure priority service and availability of preferred stylists.

Appointments canceled 24–48 hours in advance may be eligible for a partial refund (if a deposit was paid). Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are non-refundable. Rescheduling requests are accepted based on stylist availability and may incur additional charges. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing or via phone/email confirmation.
