Clients are advised to book catering services at least 15–45 days in advance, depending on the event size and menu complexity. A non-refundable advance deposit is required to confirm the booking. Final menu and service details will be finalized after receiving the advance payment. Early bookings ensure priority service, menu customization, and timely preparation.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event are eligible for a partial refund (excluding advance deposit). Cancellations made 15–29 days prior will incur a 50% charge of the total catering cost. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible depending on availability and may include additional charges.
