Clients are encouraged to book tent and decoration services at least 30–60 days in advance to ensure availability. A non-refundable advance deposit is required to confirm the booking. Final confirmation will be issued only after receipt of the advance payment. Early bookings receive priority in design selection and service arrangements.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date are eligible for a partial refund (excluding advance deposit). Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible but subject to availability and may involve extra charges.
