Clients are advised to book event décor and planning services at least 30–60 days in advance to ensure availability. A non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm bookings. Final confirmation is provided only after the advance payment is received. Early bookings are given priority service and design flexibility.

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the advance deposit). Cancellations made 15–29 days before the event will incur a 50% charge of the total service cost. Cancellations made less than 15 days before the event are non-refundable. Rescheduling or modifications are subject to availability and may include extra charges.
