Clients are encouraged to place orders 2–4 weeks in advance for regular tailoring and 6–8 weeks in advance for wedding or custom-designed outfits. A design consultation and advance deposit are required to confirm the booking. Final delivery dates will be scheduled during the booking process and depend on the complexity of the design. Early bookings help ensure timely delivery and priority service.

Cancellations made within 48 hours of booking may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding consultation/design charges). Once the fabric is purchased or the design is approved, cancellations are non-refundable. In case of unavoidable circumstances, clients may request a reschedule or alteration, subject to feasibility and additional charges. All cancellation or change requests must be submitted in written form (via message, email, or receipt note).
